Is there a RV Campground with full hookup close to the location of where the Rockland, Maine Lobster Festival will be held? Is so, can you please provide the listing?

Hi Sandra, If this is the first time you will be attending the Rockland, Maine Lobster Festival, you are in for a wonderful treat. If this won't be your first visit to the Festival, you already know how much fun it is!
As for an RV Campground near the Maine Lobster Festival, there are a couple of online resources that I recommend.
One is the
Maine Campground Owners Association website, which has a Maine Camping Guide at www.campmaine.com. It's great!
I use the Find a Campground link (right hand column) which produces an interactive map. Select the region you are visiting (in your case Midcoast Maine) and you will see a listing of campgrounds in that area.
The extensive list, including campgrounds in Bath, Belfast,
Boothbay Harbor,
Camden, Damariscotta, Georgetown, Phippsburg, Popham Beach, Thomaston, Union, Wiscasset, and other areas...
...contains the name of the town for each campground, as well as a link for More information (address, phone number, website, number of campsites, maximum RV length, and facilities information).
On the page that contains additional information...
...if you scroll to the bottom, you can easily find how close the campground is to the
Maine Lobster Festival. The campsite address is already filled in, all you need to do is type in Harbor Park, Rockland, Maine and you will see distances and driving directions. Or, you can find out how to reach the campsite from your home.
The official Maine Lobster Festival website...
...directs people looking for lodging information to the
Penobscot Bay Regional Chamber of Commerce website, at www.therealmaine.com.
The Where to Stay link in the upper left hand corner has a drop-down menu that includes Campgrounds. The resulting list displays four area campsites...
...the Sennebec Lake Campground, the Lobster Buoy Campsites, Mic Mac Cove Campground and the Saltwater Farm Campground.
As I am sure you know, the Maine Lobster Festival is a huge event and visitors tend to make reservations early. I wouldn't hesitate in finalizing plans!
