Maine Marketing and Advertising
Great-Maine-Vacations.com
Great-maine-vacations.com
is funded by the
author and in an effort to offset my operating costs I have included
Maine marketing and advertising on this site, along with ads of
related interest. I hope you do not find them
offensive. They have been strategically placed (such as the ads
on this page) so as not to
interfere with the performance of the website.
Advertisements are
clearly
labeled as such and although they have potential to
generate income, an income is not guaranteed by their
presence. These ads do not
have any bearing on the content presented on each page.
"Ads by Google" are not selected by me, so if you
see Google Maine ads, or any other Google ad, and a Web page about the
same product or service, it is a coincidence.
Products or services of the
advertisers
on this site are not specifically endorsed by great-maine-vacations.com,
unless otherwise indicated. If an endorsement is
made, it is based on an
informed decision and has not been done solely for monetary benefit.
Maine Advertising using Maine Internet Marketing
Whatever it is you are marketing in Maine, and
regardless if you have a large or small business, the best way
to spread your word may be with Internet
advertising. A February 3, 2010 Maine
marketing article - published on
www.wabi.tv - quotes the Director of the Maine
Office of Tourism, Patricia Eltman,
as saying...
Print media has a life span, as do radio
advertisements and
television commercials.
The Internet does not. It runs 24 hours
a day, 7
days a week, and when the price is right - it can provide you
with
the greatest opportunity to get the most out of your advertising budget.
How many people are actually searching for
information about Maine? Lots, as you can see on this graphic
provided by Google Insights. What I find most interesting is
that people aren't waiting until "tourist season" to do all of their
Maine
research, they are doing it year-round!
Do you provide goods or services to Maine tourists
(i.e., inns, B&B's, restaurants, whale watching tours,
windjammer cruises, and the likes) and would like more information on
Maine
marketing
on great-maine-vacations.com? Please send me a request via
my Contact
form below, and we can try to work something out. I think you
will find my marketing rates quite reasonable,
affordable, and
flexible.
And, sometimes free
- check out the Inn
by the Sea page. Of course my free Maine
advertising can't last forever. But for now, while I am still
in the early stages of building the "unofficial Maine Travel Guide",
anything is possible!
If you are already part of the
great-maine-vacations.com Maine marketing program,
thank you for your support and continued participation.
