Be sure go to the show prepared...

...as most boat show exhibitors either limit the type of footwear allowed on their boats to soft-soled shoes, or prohibit the wearing of all footwear, with the exception of socks.

Understandably so...

...their boats are beautiful and they want to keep them that way. Your best bet - wear comfortable shoes that slip on and off easily.

And if you're planning on bringing kids...

...be sure they know "boat show etiquette" ahead of time, and that the Captain (the manufacturer's rep) is in charge at all times!
